Unless otherwise specified, all consumable products are shipped via UPS ground and billed accordingly. At your request, we will ship using your UPS or Fedex account numbers. Cut off times for daily shipment are as follows: Fedex 2 pm EST / UPS 3:30 pm EST Please note that if you have past due balances / open invoices close to your credit limit, that it may affect our ability to ship your order. Equipment is shipped via best available carrier based on our choice, unless you arrange differently. In order for us to ensure delivery goes smoothly, you must submit a pre installation check list prior to any equipment leaving our dock. These can be obtained from our website on the technial info tab or by requesting the appropriate form from our customer service department at 855-258-8324.
